Individual Shipping Service Usage and Settlement Process
101BOX supports individual shipping so that multiple addresses can receive products with a single order during group purchases. Shipping fees are charged according to the number of addresses (excluding free shipping products), and orders are processed through a separate payment window. Once an order is created, the person in charge will deliver the individual shipping addresses to the creator.
Order Confirmation and Shipping Address Information Receipt
Confirm individual shipping classification: For individual shipping orders, the shipping message contains individual shipping addresses delivered separately text.
Receive shipping address file: When an order is received, the person in charge delivers the individual shipping address Excel file via Channel Talk. If you have not received the file, please inquire via Channel Talk.
If additional shipping fees occur due to failure to check shipping messages, the shipping fees and collection fees are the responsibility of the merchant.
Tracking Number Entry and Delivery Method
After completion of shipment, please enter the tracking numbers in the Excel file you received and deliver it back to the person in charge.
Cafe24 system, you only need to enter one of the multiple tracking numbers.
For smooth processing, please enter the tracking numbers directly as text in the Excel file rather than as photos.
Shipping Fee Settlement Notice
Individual shipping fees are borne by the purchaser. Therefore, additional shipping costs are included in the regular settlement process in the same manner as regular shipping orders.
