How to stop selling all products
On the product details page, change the display settings to Not for Sale to process out-of-stock and sales suspension for that product.
How to mark only specific options as out of stock
If you want to mark only specific options as out of stock rather than the entire product, please change the settings according to the steps below.
Go to the product details page.
Select the Options/Inventory menu.
Change the Inventory Management Use setting to Enabled.
Check the Out of Stock Display item.
Change the Inventory Quantity of the option you want to mark as out of stock to 0.
