How to change kit component options for already shipped kits
Check the classmate's contact information on Creator Center > Order & Shipping page, then contact them directly to inform them that the kit has already been shipped.
Detailed processing procedure
Receive round-trip shipping costs from the classmate for the already shipped components.
Once payment is confirmed, please ship the new components that they want to change to.
Kit refunds and exchanges may incur round-trip shipping costs, and confirmation and processing are available by contacting customer service.
