Guide to Applying for Commission Certificate Issuance
If you need a commission certificate that proves your contract with CLASS101, please check the information below and apply. You can submit inquiries through the Happy icon in the bottom right corner of the Creator Center.
Application Method and Required Information
Access Creator Center inquiry board → Click the Happy face icon in the bottom right corner of the screen → Write your inquiry including the information below
Purpose of commission certificate
Creator activity name
Date of birth
Contract date (enter the same as contract information)
Contracting party name (or business name)
Mobile phone number
Email
It must match your registered personal information for proper issuance. Please check the accurate information before applying.
Issuance Example
If you provide the application information, we will issue a certificate of appointment that includes the issuance date and CLASS101's official seal.
