1. Scope of Application

This settlement policy applies only to new individual class sales contracts entered into on or after August 25, 2025. It shall not apply to the settlement of individual class sales contracts concluded prior to the effective date of this settlement policy.

2. Method of Settlement

2.2 “Actual Payment Amount” means the amount paid by the member for the use of an individual class, and any amounts not actually paid due to promotional discounts, coupons, or the use of points shall not be included in the Actual Payment Amount.

2.3 “Incidental Costs” means costs incidental to class sales, such as value-added tax (VAT), and shall be calculated as Actual Payment Amount ÷ 11.

2.4 “External Fees” include the following:

(1) Financial settlement fees incurred depending on the payment method used by the member (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, in-app payment, etc.); the specific amount or rate shall be subject to the policies of each payment service provider.

2.6 “Compensation for Use of Works, etc.” means amounts payable to third parties for the use of third-party works, personal identity marks, etc., included in the class.

2.7 If any withholding tax is applicable, such amount shall be deducted from the Final Settlement Amount prior to payment, and therefore, the Final Settlement Amount and the actual amount remitted may differ.

3. Notification of Settlement Statement

The Company shall confirm a sales transaction as subject to settlement once 90 days have elapsed from the course start date. Confirmed settlement transactions will be sequentially reflected as 'Available for Withdrawal' in the Creator Center's Settlement Wallet, according to the settlement cycle of the following month. The Creator may check the details in the Settlement Wallet at any time. The Creator may raise objections in writing before the withdrawal application if they have any objections to the settlement details.

4. Payment Account and Payment Date

The Creator shall register payment account information through the Settlement Profile in the Creator Center, and the Company shall pay the amount requested for withdrawal by the Creator from the Settlement Wallet into the registered account according to the following schedule:

  • If the payment date is a public holiday or a non-business day, payment will be made on the next business day.

  • Payment shall be made to the account registered in the Settlement Profile selected at the time of the payment application.

The Company may request the Creator to issue related documents such as tax invoices in accordance with applicable laws and accounting requirements. If the Creator fails to issue and deliver such documents by the 10th day of the month following the application, the applicable withdrawal application shall be cancelled, and the application amount will be returned to the 'Available for Withdrawal' amount in the Settlement Wallet. The Company may amend the Settlement Policy. When amended, notice shall be provided at least 7 days prior to the effective date via service notices and the Creator Center. Creators may raise objections until the effective date. If no objections or refusals are raised during this period, the Creator shall be deemed to have agreed, and the amended policy will apply from the effective date.If the Creator does not agree to the amended policy, the sale of classes and the use of services may be restricted.

7. Deduction and Set-off of Settlement Amounts

If a refund, advance payment (guaranteed minimum), overpayment, or other reason for deduction arises in connection with settlement, or if the Company holds any claims against the Creator, the Company may deduct such amounts from the settlement amount payable to the Creator or set them off against the settlement amount, within the scope permitted by applicable laws. For clarity, the scope of settlement amounts subject to deduction or set-off is not limited to specific products and shall mean all settlement amounts attributable to the relevant Creator. In such cases, the Company will specify and notify the details of the deduction or set-off in the settlement statement.

8. Miscellaneous

For Creators residing outside of the Republic of Korea, the settlement payment may be made by the Company’s local subsidiary. Exchange fees, remittance fees, inbound wire transfer fees, and taxes and duties in accordance with applicable local laws shall be borne by the Creator.
