Kit Shipping and Packaging Preparation Guide
Essential Pre-Shipping Checklist
Shipping kits on predetermined dates is a promise to classmates. Please ensure timely delivery without delays for both bulk shipments and subsequent shipments according to the agreed dates.
If you handle shipping directly, packaging and shipping may take longer than expected. Please secure ample time to meet the schedule.
Please check inventory status for each component in advance. Some items may be difficult to supply or track inventory, so prior confirmation is essential.
If you cannot meet the bulk shipping date or shipping within 2 business days is impossible, you must contact classmates to inform them of the situation.
We recommend including a supply checklist. This greatly helps classmates verify whether any components are missing.
CLASS101 welcomes kits that contain your unique character. Rather than a mass-produced feel, add your own special touches like stickers, handwritten notes, or unique packaging to provide an even more special experience for classmates.
Packaging Considerations by Component Type
Please make a final check to ensure there are no changes or omissions from the previously shared components. Accidentally omitted components must be shipped additionally at your expense.
Category | Packaging Guide |
|---|---|
Liquids and Powders | Check the sealed condition to prevent leakage during shipping, and individual packaging is recommended to prevent contamination of other components in case of spillage. |
Fragile Items | For glass or ceramic materials, use sufficient cushioning materials (bubble wrap, newspaper, etc.) and attach a Handle with Care sticker to the outside of the box. |
Paper Items | Put books, patterns, etc. in clear files or OPP bags to prevent creasing or water damage. |
Hazardous and Heavy Items | Pack sharp or heavy items safely to avoid damaging other components, and mark them separately so that caution can be taken when opening. |
Small components | Small-sized components such as accessories must have guidance markings on the outer box to prevent loss or disposal. |
