How to use convenience store delivery
Find a convenience store near your home.
Convenience stores such as GS, CU, Emart24, and Ministop provide delivery services. (Availability may vary by branch, so we recommend checking before visiting.)
Process waybill registration in advance on each convenience store's website.

Visit a convenience store and enter the reservation number into the delivery machine to print the shipping label.
Attach the shipping label to the box and request shipment.
Attach identification stickers to prevent packages from different addresses getting mixed up to avoid misdelivery!
If you have many boxes, we recommend using regular delivery service with pickup service all at once.

Using after courier contract
Yes, a business registration certificate is absolutely required for courier contracts.
If you have an existing business, use that registration certificate.
If annual revenue is under 48 million won, you can register as a simplified taxpayer on Hometax.

When contracting, check if shipping label printing equipment rental is available. Free leasing is possible if shipment volume exceeds a certain level, and if not available, purchasing a small label printer will greatly improve work efficiency.

Kits weighing 10kg or more may be avoided by regular delivery drivers, so coordination is required in advance, and freight delivery may be cheaper for items 20kg or more.
Large or irregular boxes reduce vehicle loading efficiency, so please inform the driver in advance before delivery.

Delivery packaging precautions
Be sure to check that there are no changes or omissions in the component packaging process. Components changed without prior notice will be considered missing and may result in additional shipping costs.
Liquids and powders: Check thoroughly to prevent leakage during shipping, and we recommend individual packaging as a precaution.
Fragile items: For ceramics, glass, etc., use plenty of cushioning materials and be sure to attach 'Handle with Care' stickers.
Paper items (books, patterns): Pack in clear folders or OPP bags to prevent wrinkling or moisture damage.
Dangerous or heavy items: Pack sharp tools safely and leave separate markings to prevent injury during opening.
Small components: For small parts that classmates might accidentally discard, provide separate instructions on the exterior.
Recommendation 1: Dividing packaging by chapter allows classmates to take the class more conveniently.
Recommendation 2: Including a complete kit component list makes verification easier after receipt.
