Creator Membership Settlement Policy(Effective January 01, 2026 KST)

Effective Date: January 01, 2026 (KST)

1. Method of Settlement

1.1 The final settlement amount for Creator Membership sales services shall be calculated for confirmed sales subject to settlement (see Article 2 below) in accordance with the following formula (the final settlement amount is inclusive of VAT):

  • Final Settlement Amount = (Actual Payment Amount – Incidental Costs – External Fees) × [Revenue Share Rate] (%)

1.2 “Actual Payment Amount” means the amount paid by the member for the use of a Creator Membership, and any amounts not actually paid due to promotional discounts, coupons, or the use of points shall not be included in the Actual Payment Amount.

1.3  “Incidental Costs” means costs incidental to membership sales, such as value-added tax (VAT), and shall be calculated as Actual Payment Amount ÷ 11.

1.4 “External Fees” include the following:

(1) Financial settlement fees incurred depending on the payment method used by the member (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, in-app payment, etc.); the specific amount or rate shall be subject to the policies of each payment service provider.

(2) Costs payable to third parties in connection with partnerships, affiliate programs, etc., related to the planning and sale of Creator Memberships; where applicable, the Creator may verify such details through the settlement statement.

1.5 The creator membership revenue share rate follows the terms stipulated in the agreement between the Creator and the Company.

1.6 If any withholding tax is applicable, such amount shall be deducted from the Final Settlement Amount prior to payment, and therefore, the Final Settlement Amount and the actual amount remitted may differ.

2. Notification of Settlement Statement

The Company shall confirm each sales transaction as a subject for settlement once the refund-eligible period for such transaction has ended. Confirmed settlement transactions will be sequentially reflected as 'Available for Withdrawal' in the Creator Center's Settlement Wallet, according to the settlement cycle of the following month. The Creator may check the details in the Settlement Wallet at any time. The Creator may raise objections in writing before the withdrawal application if they have any objections to the settlement details.

3. Payment Account and Payment Date

The Creator shall register payment account information through the Settlement Profile in the Creator Center, and the Company shall pay the amount requested for withdrawal by the Creator from the Settlement Wallet into the registered account according to the following schedule:

  • 15th Business Day of the Following Month: Withdrawal application amount between the 1st and the last day of the current month.

  • Payment shall be made to the account registered in the Settlement Profile selected at the time of the payment application.

The Company may request the Creator to issue related documents such as tax invoices in accordance with applicable laws and accounting requirements. If the Creator fails to issue and deliver such documents by the 10th day of the month following the application (or the next business day if such date falls on a weekend or public holiday), the applicable withdrawal application shall be cancelled, and the application amount will be returned to the 'Available for Withdrawal' amount in the Settlement Wallet. The Creator may apply for withdrawal of the applicable amount again after the delivery of the required documents.

4. Minimum Payout Amount

Settlement payments will be made only when the accumulated settlement amount exceeds the following base amounts in each major currency:

  • Korean Won: KRW 100,000

  • U.S. Dollar: USD 100

  • Japanese Yen: JPY 10,000

5. Amendment and Notice of Settlement Policy

The Company may amend the Settlement Policy. When amended, notice shall be provided at least 7 days prior to the effective date via service notices and the Creator Center. Creators may raise objections until the effective date. If no objections or refusals are raised during this period, the Creator shall be deemed to have agreed, and the amended policy will apply from the effective date.

If the Creator does not agree to the amended policy, the sale of classes and the use of services may be restricted.

6. Deduction and Set-off of Settlement Amounts

If a refund, advance payment (guaranteed minimum), overpayment, or other reason for deduction arises in connection with settlement, or if the Company holds any claims against the Creator, the Company may deduct such amounts from the settlement amount payable to the Creator or set them off against the settlement amount, within the scope permitted by applicable laws. For clarity, the scope of settlement amounts subject to deduction or set-off is not limited to specific products and shall mean all settlement amounts attributable to the relevant Creator. In such cases, the Company will specify and notify the details of the deduction or set-off in the settlement statement.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 For Creators residing outside of the Republic of Korea, the settlement payment may be made by the Company’s local subsidiary. Exchange fees, remittance fees, inbound wire transfer fees, and taxes and duties in accordance with applicable local laws shall be borne by the Creator.

7.2 The Company shall be entitled, during the sales period, to independently determine and implement promotions, target customers, and sales prices in order to promote the sale of the “Creator Membership.”
