Receipt confirmation and issuance guide
CLASS101 only provides receipts for payments and does not support tax invoice issuance.
Receipts for purchases made on CLASS101 can be checked through the following methods.
How to check individual sales and kit purchase receipts
Log in to the CLASS101 website or app.
Go to Login > My Page(click profile in upper right) > Orders & Shipping.
Set the date range to search.
Click View Order Details for the relevant payment.
Click the "Print Receipt" button at the bottom of the product information to check the receipt.
How to check subscription service payment receipts
When paying by card
Go to Login > My Page(click profile in upper right) > Subscription Payment History.
Check the receipt in the payment history.
When paying with Naver Pay
Go to Login > My Page(click profile in upper right) > Subscription Payment History.
Select Check Receipt > Go to Naver Customer Center.
How to check external platform payment receipts
Receipt issuance request paths other than those provided by CLASS101 may vary depending on the payment method.
