Device Registration and Management Guide

CLASS101 operates a device registration and restriction policy to ensure user account security and fair use of the service. Please review the following information for smooth service usage.

Usage Policy by Environment

• Web Usage: On the web, you can freely explore and take classes by logging into CLASS101 without separate device registration restrictions.

• Mobile Usage:

  • You can register up to 5 devices per account.

  • In mobile environments, you must use devices registered through the app, and registration management is available at [Login > My Page(click profile in upper right) > Manage My Devices].

Simultaneous Class Taking and Device Management Policy

• Mobile Simultaneous Class Taking Restrictions

  • For fair account usage, you can only take classes on one device at a time.

  • To take classes on another device, you must log out from the existing device or delete the registered device.

• Device deletion and changes

  • You can change up to 3 devices per month.

  • Device management and deletion can be done through [Login > My Page (click profile in top right) > Manage My Devices].
