How to Request a Refund
Go to [Login > My Page(click profile in upper right) > Orders & Shipping] and click [View Details] for the order you want to refund.
Refund Standards and Conditions
Full Refund Standards
Full refunds are available when the following conditions are met.
Within 7 days from payment date
Watched 3 videos or less (downloading materials counts as viewing)
Partial Refund and Non-Refundable Standards
Refunds are not available if you have used more than 3 class videos (excluding sample videos) within 7 days from the payment date, or after 7 days from the payment date.
In other cases, partial refund amounts may be determined based on the course period and progress.
For some classes, separate refund special terms may apply. These special terms comply with the「Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc.」and related regulations, and are clearly communicated in advance on the class detail page and during the payment process.
Important notes for refund processing
Guidance will be provided after accurately confirming the payment date, reason for refund request, content usage status, etc.
The refundable amount will be confirmed and communicated, and the final refund will be processed after reviewing the refund reason and history.
