How to Download Digital Kits (Materials)

Log in > My Page (click the profile icon in the top right) > Orders & Shipping , set the date range to include your payment date, then click the Download button on the relevant order item.

What to Check If a Compressed File Won't Open

Some digital kits (materials) are compressed on a Mac, which may cause compatibility issues on Windows or Linux. We recommend using the free compression tool below.
