Kit Refund Criteria and Refund Amount Guide
The refund eligibility and refund amount vary depending on the refund request date, and the refund process will proceed after confirming the kit is undelivered or returned.

Precautions
If the kit contents differ from what was displayed or advertised, refunds are available within 3 months from the product receipt date or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the fact.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
When the kit is lost or damaged due to customer responsibility
When the kit's value has significantly decreased due to use, time passage, or partial consumption
When the packaging of a reproducible kit has been damaged
When the company has notified in advance of withdrawal restrictions
When other legally prohibited reasons apply
Refund request method before shipping
Refund requests before shipping can be processed through the following path, but are only available in payment completed, product preparation status.
Log in > My Page (click profile in top right) > Orders & Shipping > View Details > Request Refund

How to Handle Damage/Defects/Missing Items/Wrong Delivery
If the kit you received differs from the photo or has defects, reshipment or refund is available.
If you want reshipment or refund, submit an application and CLASS101 will review and process it.
In such cases, CLASS101 covers the shipping costs.
Precautions
When requesting returns or exchanges, please be sure to attach photos that show the product condition.
Processing may be delayed if photos are not provided.
Exchanges and returns are not possible in the following cases.
When the product is damaged due to customer responsibility
When the product value has significantly decreased
When the product has been opened (including removal of box stickers)
When 7 days have passed since delivery completion
Processing method for wrong orders and simple change of mind
For wrong orders or simple change of mind, if there are no defects in the product, requests can be made within 7 days from the delivery completion date.
When requesting returns and exchanges, please attach photos that show the product condition.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility (separate shipping costs may apply for split deliveries).
