Account sharing and concurrent access restriction policy
Class restricts simultaneous viewing from multiple devices with the same account to prevent illegal or improper use due to account (ID) sharing.
As a result, when attempting to take classes simultaneously on multiple devices, a message 'Playing on another device' may be displayed.
How to resolve concurrent access errors
If you see this message, please stop taking classes on other devices you are currently using, wait about 5-10 minutes, then refresh the page on the device where you want to take classes for normal use.
If the same message repeats even when no devices are actually taking classes simultaneously, please contact Class customer service. We will check promptly and provide guidance.
If you want to use it with family or friends
Class does not support sharing one account among multiple people, but we operate a group plan service that allows you to invite other accounts. If you have family or friends who want to use it together, please use the group plan.
