When verification code text is not received
CLASS101 requires mobile phone number verification during sign-up. If you do not receive the verification code text, please check the following.
1. Check device spam block list
CLASS101 verification codes may be blocked as spam. Please check if the 1800-2109 number is blocked through the following path.
Android (Galaxy): [ Messages > Settings (top right ...) > Spam and blocked number management > Block/unblock reception or Check blocked messages ]
iOS (iPhone): [ Settings > Apps > Messages > Blocked contacts ]
After disabling spam blocking, please request the verification code again.
2. Check carrier spam blocking

Other troubleshooting
The mobile phone number may already be verified on an existing registered account. In this case, you need to first remove the phone verification from the existing account, and you can get help through customer service.
