Lottery Reward Benefits Guide

When you watch a lecture for more than 1 minute with a subscription, you'll randomly receive a scratch lottery ticket.
Scratch the ticket to collect up to 1,000,000 KRW in points, which you can then withdraw!

1. Lottery Ticket Eligibility & Point Amounts
   - One ticket is issued each time you watch a lecture for more than 1 minute per day
   - For lectures with quizzes, you must complete all quizzes to receive a ticket
   - Up to 3 tickets per day
   - Point amounts: randomly awarded from a minimum of 1 KRW to a maximum of 1,000,000 KRW based on probability.

2. How to Receive & Check Your Ticket
   - After watching a lecture, click the scratch ticket button that appears on screen.
   - You must scratch the ticket yourself by clicking it to receive your points.
   - If you don't scratch the ticket within 24 hours of it being issued, it will automatically expire.

3. Points Usage Guide
   - How to request a withdrawal: My Page > My Points > Withdraw

4. Withdrawal Details
   - Withdrawals available from 5,000 KRW or more (a 100 KRW processing fee will be deducted; amounts over 50,000 KRW are subject to a 22% tax deduction)
   - Funds will be deposited to your registered bank account
   - Deposit made within up to 20 business days from the subscription end date
   - Points will be forfeited (non-recoverable) if bank details are not entered within the deadline, if account information is incorrect, or if the account is dormant

5. Other Important Notes
   - Early cancellation & refunds: All points will be forfeited upon expiration of the subscription period.
   - Non-transferable: Points cannot be transferred or traded to another account (even your own other accounts).
   - Notification settings: Lottery notifications are sent via app push, KakaoTalk notification, and SMS. To opt out, go to Notification Settings > Subscription Notifications > Lottery Notifications in the app and disable them.
   - Fraudulent use restrictions: If fraudulent activity is detected (e.g., multiple accounts, abnormal viewing behavior), any issued points will be reclaimed and access to the service may be restricted.
   - This event is subject to change or termination without prior notice.
