You can check the receipt for your CLASS101 purchase using the method below.
How to check receipts for individual sales and kit purchases
Log in > My Page (click the profile icon in the top right) > Orders & Delivery.
Set the date range you want to look up.
Click View Order Details for the relevant payment.
Click the Print Receipt button at the bottom of the product information to view your receipt.
For payments made via Naver Pay / Kakao Pay / Toss Pay
Please contact the customer support of the respective payment provider.
If you need a cash receipt issued
Please note that this can only be issued through our customer support center.
How to Check Your Recurring Payment Receipt
For Card Payments
Log in > My Page (click the profile icon in the top right) > Recurring Payment History to proceed.
Check the receipt in the corresponding payment history.
For Naver Pay Payments
Log in > My Page (click the profile icon in the top right) > Recurring Payment History to proceed.
Select > Go to Naver Customer Center to view your receipt.
How to Check by External Payment Method
The process for requesting a receipt outside of what CLASS101 provides may vary depending on your payment method.
