You can check receipts for purchases made on CLASS101 through the following methods.
How to check receipts for individual sales and kit purchases
Log in > My Page (click profile in upper right) > Orders & Shipping.
Set the date you want to view.
Click View Order Details for the relevant payment.
Click the Print Receipt button at the bottom of the product information to check your receipt.
For Naver Pay / Kakao Pay / Toss Pay payments
Please contact the respective payment provider's customer service.
If you need a cash receipt
Please note that it can only be issued through customer service.
How to Check Recurring Payment Receipts
For Card Payments
Go to Login > My Page (click profile in upper right) > Recurring Payment History.
Check the receipt in the corresponding payment history.
For Naver Pay Payments
Go to Login > My Page (click profile in upper right) > Recurring Payment History.
Select Check Receipt > Go to Naver Customer Center.
Verification Methods by External Payment Method
Receipt issuance request paths other than those provided by CLASS101 may vary depending on the payment method.
