How to reset your password if you forgot it
When you forget your password while logging into CLASS101, the reset method differs depending on your account type. Please refer to the procedures below, divided into email login and social linked accounts.
Email login account password reset
How to reset on the web
[CLASS101 website > Login (top right) > Click 'Sign in another way' > Enter email and click 'Next' > Click 'Forgot your password?' > Enter email linked to your account > Click 'Send reset link']
Then set a new password through the password reset link sent to that email and log in.

How to reset in the app
[Click 'Sign in another way' > Click 'Email login' > Click 'Forgot your password?' > Enter email linked to your account > Click 'Send reset link']
Then set a new password through the password reset link sent to that email and log in.

If the email reset link doesn't arrive, please also check your spam folder.
The password reset link expires after 30 minutes, so please change your password within the valid time frame.
For social login accounts
Classmates who log in with social accounts like Kakao, Naver, Facebook, Google, Apple, etc. can log in without entering a separate password. If you forgot the password for the social account itself, please reset the password through that service's website or app.
If you want to set a password for an account registered through SNS integration (Kakao, Naver, Line), try switching to 'regular email login' method that uses email and password.
How to change a social login account to an email account
In Account Management (
https://Class.net/ko/mypage/edit), click the 'Set up' button below the email address > set a password and you're done! Now you can log in using both the simple login method and the email/password method. You can also change your email address. This can also be modified in the Account Management menu.
However, please note that Apple and Google linked accounts cannot switch login methods or modify email addresses, and must continue using the respective SNS integration method.
