How to Reset Your Password If You've Forgotten It

If you forget your password when logging into CLASS101, the reset process varies depending on your account type. Please refer to the steps below based on whether you use email login or a social account.

Resetting the Password for an Email Login Account

How to Reset via Web

[CLASS101 website > Log In (top right) > Click 'Sign in another way' > Enter your email and click 'Next' > Click 'Forgot your password?' > Enter the email linked to your account > Click 'Send reset link']

After that, use the password reset link sent to your email to set a new password, then log in.

How to Reset via App

[Click 'Sign in another way' > Click 'Email login' > Click 'Forgot your password?' > Enter the email linked to your account > Click 'Send reset link']

For social-linked accounts

Classmates who signed in with a social account such as Kakao, Naver, Facebook, Google, or Apple can log in without entering a separate password. If you have forgotten the password for the social account itself, please reset it through that service's website or app.

If you'd like to set a password for an account registered via social login (Kakao, Naver, or Line), try switching to the 'standard email login' method, which uses an email address and password.

How to switch a social-linked account to an email account

• In Account Settings (https://Class.net/ko/mypage/edit), click the 'Set' button below your email address and set a password — you're all done! You'll then be able to log in using either social login or your email and password.

• You can also change your email address. This can be done in the Account Settings menu as well.

• Please note that for accounts linked with Apple or Google, switching login methods or changing your email address is not supported — you will need to continue using the same social login method.
