How to Request a Refund for CLASS101+ Annual Subscription
Class+ subscription products can be refunded directly through the Class website or app. Full or partial refunds are possible depending on the refund criteria, and procedures may vary depending on the payment method, so please refer to the information below.

Refund Criteria Guide

Refund Calculation Formula: [ (Actual Payment Amount - Number of Months Used * Monthly Amount) * 0.9 = Expected Refund Amount ]
Monthly Amount(Annual Subscription Service Regular Price) is the amount calculated by dividing the regular price by 12 months.

Even if you apply for a partial refund, you can use the content until the end of the subscription period for the month that includes the application date.
Example) If a user who paid for an annual subscription on September 5, 2024 at 9:15 PM requests a refund on November 12, 2024, they can take classes until December 5, 2024 at 9:00 PM.
Refund Methods by Purchase Platform

Card company refund processing may take 2-5 business days.
Payments made through external payment channels cannot be processed directly by CLASS101, so please be sure to check the refund policy of the place of purchase.

If the card has expired, refunds cannot be processed via bank transfer.
Group Plan Refund and Cancellation
Payment, cancellation, refund, and payment method management for group plans are only available from the 'representative' account. The 'member' accounts only provide group viewing and leave functions, and payment-related functions are not supported.
Group Plan Cancellation Criteria
Withdrawal and cancellation of group plans are subject to Article 2.5 (Withdrawal and Cancellation) of the Class Terms of Service. 'Service usage' in that clause includes the service usage history of both representative and member accounts.
For withdrawal or cancellation, all members except the 'representative account' must be removed from the group. Member removal can be done through the 'remove' function or the member's 'leave' function.
Refunds and cancellations are only possible from the representative account, and cannot be performed from member accounts.
Withdrawal and cancellation are not possible while group members remain, so please be sure to remove members first.
Refund Notice for Installment Payments
Even if a refund is processed, your card company may continue to charge the existing 12-month installment amounts according to your installment settings. This is not because the refund was not processed, but because only a portion of the originally approved 12-month installment payment is refunded. Since refund amount reflection methods may vary according to card company policies, please contact your card company directly for details.
