If not used at all within the usage period | Full refund of the payment amount is possible. |
If coaching sessions were partially used | You can receive a partial refund of the remaining amount after deducting the amount for unused sessions. |
After coaching session usage period expires | Refunds are not possible. |
Refund Process by Payment Method
Bank transfer payment refund
Bank name, account holder, and account number verification is required.
Card/pay and other payment method refunds
Refund details can be confirmed through the payment company (card company) within approximately 2-5 business days.
Refund precautions
Refunds may not be possible after the usage period has expired, so applications must be made within the valid period.
For partial refunds after use, the amount corresponding to the number of uses will be deducted based on the regular price.
If the card has expired, refunds via bank transfer are not possible.
