Class+ Account Change Guide
Class+ subscriptions cannot be transferred between accounts. Therefore, if you want to change the account using Class+, please follow the procedure below.
How to Change Subscription Account
Refund Class+ Subscription from Existing Account
Please request a refund for your Class+ subscription from the currently subscribed account.
Sign Up and Purchase Subscription with New Account
Please proceed with login or sign up using the new account you want to use.
Then, please purchase a new Class+ subscription with that account.
Precautions When Selecting Account
Since Class+ subscriptions cannot be transferred between accounts, please carefully select the account you will use before starting your subscription.
Guide to Transferring Course Passes and Payment History
Course passes and payment history can be transferred between your own accounts only if you are not subscribed to CLASS101+. If you would like to transfer course passes, please contact CLASS101 Online Customer Center.
