Find Account by Phone Number
If you don't remember which account you signed in with, you can look up your account using your phone number. To avoid creating duplicate accounts, please sign in with your original account.
If a registered account exists
You can view the list of accounts you've previously signed in with via the path below, then select the account you want to sign in with.
[Find Account > Enter Phone Number > Select Registered Account > Sign-In Complete]
If no registered account exists
If no account is registered with the number you entered, you will be directed to the sign-up page.
[Find Account > Enter Phone Number > No Registered Account Found > Sign-Up Page > Sign-Up Complete]
Note
Even if your phone number has changed, entering the phone number you used at the time of registration will allow you to look up your existing account.
