For kits that are difficult to purchase due to being sold out or out of stock, you can receive notifications when the kit is restocked by accessing the class page and clicking the button shown in the image below.
Request to Check Kit Restock Status
If you let us know which class kit you would like to purchase, we will check the restock status of that kit through the relevant department and provide guidance through the current chat room.
Precautions When Checking Restock Status
This verification is a process that requires separate procedures and may take approximately 3-5 business days.
In accordance with the 「Act on Safety Control of Household Chemical Products and Biocides」, some kits may be discontinued to comply with safety and labeling standards for household chemical products subject to safety verification.
