How to Request a Refund
Go to [Login > My Page (click profile in upper right) > Orders & Shipping] and click [View Details] for the order you want to refund.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
Full refund is available within 7 days of payment date if there is no content usage history.
Refunds are not possible if content has been used even once, or if more than 7 days have passed since the payment date.
