Membership is a service for participating in creator content and gatherings. It operates in two types: subscription membership and cohort-based clubs.
Subscription Membership
A service where you make monthly payments to creators and can access member-exclusive content (posts, videos, etc.), community activities, and additional benefits.
How to Join
1. Go to the home page of a creator who operates a membership.
2. Click the 'Join Membership' button in the top right corner of the home page.
3. After reviewing the membership details, click the 'Join' button to complete payment and finish registration.
- Your joined membership list can be found in My Page → Manage Joined Memberships.
How to Use Membership
- Benefits provided may vary by creator. Please carefully check the benefits before subscribing. Visit the creator's home frequently to check VODs, digital files, posts, etc.
- Be sure to check the information provided by creators through text messages or bulletin board announcements.
Refund Information

- Cancel recurring payment (use until the month paid, end of use from next cycle) Method: My Page → Manage Subscribed Memberships → Click relevant membership → Cancel recurring payment → 'Cancel' → Select cancellation reason → Submit and click cancel
- Immediate cancellation (when you want to cancel recurring payments and get a refund for the remaining usage period): Follow the above procedure → Get refund for remaining period → Request refund → Check refund amount and click refund
- Immediate cancellation requires completing the entire procedure for the refund to be processed.
Term-based Club
A service where you achieve goals within a set period together with classmates in a club led by a creator.
How to Join
1. Search for a creator and find the 'Term-based Club' product.
2. Go to the product page, check the club details, and proceed with payment by clicking purchase.
3. Once payment is completed, you can use the term-based club benefits starting from the 'Club Start Date' indicated on the detail page.
4. Your joined membership list can be found in 'My Page → Manage Joined Memberships'.

- Even before the session-based club starts, if you have used any membership benefits (content viewing, event participation, community use, exclusive product purchases, etc.), refunds are not available.
