Learn about subscriptions for up to 4 people to use together
CLASS101 Plus group subscription is a subscription plan where up to 4 people including yourself can use the subscription service together while receiving discount benefits.
Group plan structure and invitation method
When using a group plan, accounts are divided into the primary account that registered for recurring payments and member accounts that joined the group plan through invitation from the primary account.
Authority to invite and remove group plan members is only provided to the primary account. Member accounts only have access to view group members and the leave group function.
The group plan primary can create and share invitation links in member management.
Device usage restrictions
- Maximum number of devices that can log in per account: up to 5 devices
- Number of devices that can take classes simultaneously: 1 device
Invitation frequency limits
Maximum monthly invitations allowed: 3 times (if exceeded, no additional members can be invited that month)
Available invitations are renewed to 3 times on the 1st of each month
Important notes and terms of service
For group plan subscriptions, payment, cancellation and refunds, payment method management, etc. can only be managed from the primary account.
Withdrawal and cancellation of group plan subscription services are subject to section 2.5 of the terms of use regarding withdrawal and cancellation, where "service usage" in section 2.5 refers to the combined usage from all primary and member accounts that make up the group plan.
Group subscriptions can be applied for on the dedicated page, and payment is only available on PC web. Payment is not possible through the app, so please make sure to access the application page from your PC. After applying for a group subscription, you can start the group subscription by inviting members with the primary account.
Group subscription is a product that allows up to 3 member accounts in addition to the primary account to log in separately and take classes simultaneously. Each account can freely use subscription content through separate logins. However, please note that if one account is used to take classes simultaneously on multiple devices, some video playback may be restricted.
In group subscriptions, course history is not shared between members. Individual course history is kept private, so you can use it with peace of mind.
Member invitations can only be sent from the main account, up to 3 times per month. To invite members, go to 'App or Web top-right profile > Class+ Subscription Management > Group Account Management > Invite New Member' to generate a link and share it with members. Once members accept the invitation, they'll be registered as group members. The same account cannot be re-invited easily, and re-invitation is only possible after 1+ days following withdrawal.
If the member already has an active subscription, the invitation may not work properly. In this case, the invited member needs to check if their logged-in account is a CLASS101 subscription account. If it's a subscription account, accepting the invitation is not possible. The member must contact customer service directly for accurate guidance.
Group plans allow the main account holder to invite and remove members.
Remove: Web or app top-right profile → Class+ Subscription Management → Group Account Management → Select Remove
Invite: Web or app top-right profile → Class+ Subscription Management → Group Account Management → Invite New Member. Invitation links are shared via KakaoTalk or link copying.
Limitations: 4-person groups can invite up to 3 times per month, 2-person groups can invite once per month, and this resets on the 1st of each month.
Re-invitation policy: If a member leaves the group, the same account cannot be re-registered immediately and can only be invited again after a full day has passed since leaving.
To change to a group subscription, please follow the path below on PC.
① After logging into the homepage, click the profile in the upper right corner → Go to Class+ subscription management
② Select 'Upgrade subscription to 4 concurrent users'
③ On the change screen, check the refund amount for your existing individual subscription and the payment amount for the 4-person subscription before proceeding
Your existing individual basic subscription will be automatically refunded on a prorated basis for the remaining period.
The feature to directly change a group subscription to an individual subscription is not available.
If you wish to make changes, you must cancel your existing group subscription and make a new payment for an individual subscription.
However, if there is some course enrollment history, a full refund is not possible, and full refunds are only available within 7 days of payment and when unused.
For subscription products, when requesting a mid-term refund, 90% of the annual subscription service fee deduction proportional to the number of months used including the refund request date will be refunded. Refund calculation: (Actual payment amount - Number of months used × Monthly amount) × 0.9 = Expected refund amount
The annual subscription service fee (monthly amount) is calculated by dividing the regular price by 12 months, and for purchases made through in-app payments, refunds will be processed according to the retailer's refund policy.
