Class Subscription Support Fund Overview
The Class Subscription Support Fund is a benefit that provides partial financial assistance when signing up or renewing subscriptions to help reduce subscription costs.
Subscription Support Fund Issuance and Usage
Issuance Method
When subscription support funds are available, clicking on a class will display a banner at the top of the class detail page. Click the banner to receive your subscription support fund.
Support fund amounts are issued randomly and can only be used when payment is made within 4 hours of issuance.
Once issued and applied, the amount is maintained for 1 year, so previously used subscription support funds cannot be reissued.
Usage and Verification Method
If classmates who haven't paid for a subscription have subscription support funds, they can see the subscription support fund guidance and usage banner in the large banner on the Home page before the support fund expires.
Clicking that banner will directly take you to a page where you can purchase a subscription pass with the subscription support fund discount.
Subscription Support Fund Reissuance Guide
If you missed your subscription support fund, you can get it reissued using the methods below. Please note that the amount of the reissued subscription support fund may differ from the original amount after issuance.
How to get reissued with the same ID
If your subscription support fund expired without being used, you can get it issued again with the same ID after 7 days from the original issuance date.
Example: If issued on August 1st, reissuance with the same ID is possible from August 8th
Service Usage Precautions
Subscription support funds are issued once per account in principle, but if you received one and it expired without use, you can get it reissued after 7 days. However, if already used, reissuance is not possible.
Subscription plans paid for with subscription support funds cannot be repaid with subscription support funds when refunded.
Availability may vary depending on circumstances and may be terminated without prior notice according to Class's policy.
