How to Check Delivery Status
Log in > My Page(click profile in top right) > Orders & Delivery
You can check the delivery status of your current order.
Click View Details located to the right of the payment date to track your delivery.
You can also check through the Track Delivery button at the bottom of the screen.
For kits (materials), shipping will begin sequentially within a maximum of 3 business days from the payment date.
Split Delivery Notice
Even a single kit may be shipped from 2 or more vendors (shipping locations may vary depending on the type of product).
We will notify you after confirming the shipping information.
In case of shipping delays, we will also check and notify you of the shipping party.
For separate shipments, shipping fees may apply individually for returns due to change of mind.
Pre-order Shipping Notice
If you order now, kit shipment will begin sequentially from the indicated pre-order shipping date.
Shipping schedule is subject to change.
