If you are using a VPN (IP bypass program), playback may not be smooth, so please check if you are using a VPN.
If you are running security programs (including banking and government security programs), Chrome extensions, or firewalls, playback may be difficult.

If video or audio does not play during class, you can check your device and environment settings using the methods below.
When taking classes on the CLASS101 app
Does the same error occur when playing other class videos?
Does the same error occur after updating the app?
Does the same error occur when you turn your device off and on again and play the video?
When taking classes on the CLASS101 website (web)
Does the same error occur when playing other class videos?
The browser being usedInPrivate modeOr does the same issue occur in other browsers as well?
Does the same issue occur after updating the browser?
Does the same issue occur when you close all browsers and reopen them to play, or when you turn off the device and turn it back on to play?
Resolving Chrome Browser Related Errors

Additional Solutions
If the above methods do not resolve the issue, please try the additional methods below.
If you experience severe buffering in Chrome web browser, disable 'hardware acceleration'.
