Pre-Payment Checklist
Payment Method Verification: Please check your card's expiration date, credit limit, and online payment availability. If using convenient payment methods like KakaoPay or NaverPay, please also check for errors within those services.
Network Environment Check: Payment pages may not function properly due to unstable internet connections. Please try again in a stable network environment.
Browser Status Check: Payment processing may be blocked due to browser cache or cookie issues. We recommend clearing your cache and retrying, or trying a different browser.
If the same error persists, please save a screenshot of the error screen and contact customer service.
How to Handle Payment Pending Status
If an error occurs during payment and it remains in Payment Pending status, coupon recovery and cash reflection may be delayed.
If pressing the Cancel button directly doesn't resolve the issue, manual processing through customer service is required.
Customer service will help process the payment cancellation, coupons can be found again in your coupon box, and cash will be automatically reflected within approximately 30 minutes.
Precautions
Coupon recovery may require manual processing rather than automatic processing.
If cache reflection is delayed, please contact customer service again if it is not reflected even after a certain period of time (about 30 minutes).
Success may vary depending on the payment method, so please try again by changing to other payment methods such as PC regular card payment instead of app card.
