Refund Period and Automatic Refund Information
101 Club refunds can be requested directly until the club start date, after which refunds are not possible. If the club is canceled, refunds will be processed automatically.
How to Request a Refund Directly
Go to Login > My Page (click profile in upper right) > Orders & Shipping and click View Details for the order you want to refund.
Refund Eligibility Criteria
Direct refund requests can be made through My Page until the club start date.
Refunds are not possible after the announced club start date.

Club operation conditions and cancellation notice
101 Club opens only when a minimum number of people apply within the recruitment period.
If recruitment falls short, the club start date may be extended or the club may be canceled.
If the club is canceled, applicants will automatically receive refunds and notification messages will be sent.
Detailed components included in 101 Club (classes, kits, etc.) follow separate refund policies and terms of service for each product type, independent of the 101 Club refund policy.
