What is a cohort-based club?
It is a short-term membership product that provides live sessions, VOD content, community participation rights, etc. for a set period. (This is a one-time product that is not automatically charged monthly.)
How to request a refund
Application process: Log in to the website > My Page > Contact CX > Request Refund
Reference date: The refund amount is calculated based on the 'refund request submission date'.
Refund criteria and policy
Refunds for cohort-based clubs are calculated in compliance with relevant laws (Enforcement Decree of the Lifelong Education Act).
The refund amount is paid by combining [the refund amount for the current month based on the cancellation date] and [the full tuition fee for the remaining months that have not yet started].
Here, "one month" is not a calendar month (June, July) but from the course start date to the day before the following month.
When there is a remaining period that doesn't divide evenly into months (**remaining days less than 1 month), it is converted based on 30 days to calculate the monthly average tuition fee.
- Monthly average tuition fee = Total tuition fee ÷ (Total number of months + Remaining days less than 1 month / 30)
- Tuition fee for remaining days less than 1 month = Monthly average tuition fee x (Remaining days less than 1 month / 30)

Tuition for remaining months that have not yet started will be fully refunded.
Important Notes
Individual Product Refunds: This policy applies only to session-based club fees. Kits or regular classes purchased together are subject to their respective individual refund policies.
Benefit Usage Deduction: If you have already used provided benefits such as downloadable course materials, the refund amount will be calculated within the remaining amount after deducting the regular price of that content.
