The annual subscription is automatically renewed every year on the anniversary of your first payment date using the registered card. You will receive a notification 7 days before the renewal date.
If you cancel within 7 days of the renewal date and have no course history, you will receive a full refund.
My Page → Class+ Subscription Management → Cancel → Select Cancellation Reason → Get Refund for Remaining Period → Refund
⚠️ Simply clicking Cancel will not process a refund. Make sure to also click Refund to complete the process. You can check your next billing date and amount directly in Subscription Management.
