This is normal. Even after a partial refund, your card will continue to be billed according to the originally approved installment plan, with only the actual payment amount adjusted. This does not mean the refund was not processed.
If you would like the billing to stop, please contact your card issuer directly.
When reaching out, providing the payment date / payment amount / number of installment months will help speed up the process.
