If you're using a simple payment service, the issue may be with that service itself. Clearing your browser cache and cookies and trying again often resolves the problem.
⚠️ Navigating away from the page or refreshing during payment will cause the payment to fail. If your payment is stuck in a pending state, any coupon you applied may appear to be missing. It will be automatically restored once you cancel the order.
